Joint Research with Cosmo Oil Co., Ltd. on the Conversion of CO2 into Valuable Substances (CCU)

In this joint research, we will conduct research and development on the molten salt electrolysis method as a technology for converting CO2 into useful substances such as carbon materials without using hydrogen. Also, we will examine the applicability of this technology to CO2 emitted from Cosmo Oil refineries and other sources, and verify its commercial viability.
